Our Mom's Night Out this month comes at the request of several of our moms. We will be meeting on Monday, February 18th at 7:30pm at Rian Ryan's house. Rian Ryan will be teaching those that are interested in learning how to crochet and Holly Graning will be teaching ladies how to knit. We will have one of our former MOPS moms Micki Palmer on hand to help with both knitting and crocheting and to show off some of her wonderful creations.
Rian and Holly will be both be teaching the very basics of knitting and crocheting, how to cast on, basic beginner stitches, and hopefully how to bind off. If you already know the basic and are interested in learning a little bit more please come on out and we will try to help you too. If you already know how to knit or crochet and want to come help teach others or just hang out please please please come!!
The cost of the event is $10 paid on the night of the event. We will be pre-purchasing one skein of yarn and either knitting needles or a crochet hook for each participate depending on which activity you choose. Since we will be pre-purchasing the supplies if you sign-up for the event you are committing to pay for the supplies whether you are able to attend the event or not.
We will have water but feel free to bring your own beverage and a dessert to share, if you would like.
